  • Select Preview document to open tab and display the PDF template that generates for that Webform.
  • Select Use form for the live and interactive end user experience.
    • - Enter email address, first name, last name and then select "Get code".
    • - Open email, copy and enter passcode, and select "Submit".
    • - Fill the webform and receive a self-serve document.
  • Select Host imports the Application for use from your Workspace.
    • ** If you are creating a new account, you must select "Sign up" on the Login page. **
    • - Selecting this button opens a new browser tab to the Application's site.
    • - If you have not previously registered, select "Sign up" in the middle of the dialog. Otherwise, just login and skip the next bullets.
    • - Either enter a username and password or select login with Google, Linked or Microsoft 365.
    • - An access code will be sent to your email address. Open email, copy and enter passcode, accept terms and select "Validate".
    • - Select "Import" from the dialog and the Category and Application will display in the left panel of the Workspace: when finished importing.
